We have been working with Sylvia & Dan for a couple of years and needless to say we did not feel pressured to buy.

Don was extremely generous with his time. Per our request, he would often screen houses for us since we live out of state. Sometimes we declined and they seemed just as happy to help.

Sylvia is extremely responsive when we have asked questions and provide us with answers in a prompt manner. Finally, Sylvia’s negotiation skills and ability in working with other professionals helped to secure our new home.

My Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Bob Shaw on our recent purchase. We were out of state buyers facing a sellers market in the extremely competitive market of Tequesta Florida. Every aspect of working with Bob exceeded our expectations and reduced the stress of purchasing our dream vacation home remotely.
I could tell from the start he really enjoys what he is doing and is very knowledgeable on the local market. Bob went above and beyond to make recommendations on other vendors required to complete this deal. I couldn't recommend him enough and will always recommend him to buyers and sellers because he knows the market and makes everything so easy. I now consider Bob not only my agent but my friend.

When it was time to sell my parents house, I reached out to Bob Shaw! From our first conversation I knew I made the right decision. He was completely professional and knowledgeable. He guided me through the entire sale process from beginning to end which only lasted a week because Bob sold it in only a week, and at full asking price! I could not of asked for a better realtor. He is an outstanding individual and I would not hesitate to use him again.
