Let me tell you what a great experience I've had working with Dan Paselk. I live near Boston, MA. I was looking for an investment property in Ft. Myers and needed a realtor. Found a list of realtors on Zillow. I want to say Dan was #7 on the list that came up. Well, the first 6 didn't answer their phones and Dan did right away! I asked him about a property I was looking at. He knew exactly where it was and gave me some valuable information right away. Then I asked him to go and take a look at it. He did it on the very same day!

Dan took extra pictures of it for me, went in the association office and asked them about how the association was doing financially. I totally loved what I was seeing and how everything was going!

On the next day I was ready to give an offer without even looking at the property physically myself. Dan gave me all the information about it that I needed to know! He was able to negotiate a better price (not to mention he negotiated the washer and dryer) to stay. If you're looking for a realtor in the Ft. Myers area, look no further! Working with Dan is the way to go! He's very professional, very knowledgeable and super friendly! I had a great experience...very recommend!

In our experience, it is not easy to find an agent especially out of state, but we certainly found it in Sylvia & Dan. In the future we would recommend them to our friends.

My Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Bob Shaw on our recent purchase. We were out of state buyers facing a sellers market in the extremely competitive market of Tequesta Florida. Every aspect of working with Bob exceeded our expectations and reduced the stress of purchasing our dream vacation home remotely.
I could tell from the start he really enjoys what he is doing and is very knowledgeable on the local market. Bob went above and beyond to make recommendations on other vendors required to complete this deal. When it was time to sell my parents house, I reached out to Bob Shaw! From our first conversation I knew I made the right decision. He was completely professional and knowledgeable. He guided me through the entire sale process from beginning to end which only lasted a week because Bob sold it in only a week, and at full asking price! I could not of asked for a better realtor. He is an outstanding individual and I would not hesitate to use him again.
