Dan Paselk did an outstanding job helping us find and purchase of our vacation home/STR. We worked with him remotely and he was very aware of the rental market and was able to provide us with all the information we needed. We would definitely use Dan again in the future!

I gotta give a shout out to my Florida Realtor Dan Paselk!
He has gone above and beyond. His is currently at my new place personally taking care of items the seller should have completed but didn't. He is sending me pictures and assuring I'm happy! My trash cans came last week and they were dirty so he returned them and got new ones. He has been to my home so many times through this process face-timing me and keeping me updated. He scheduled cleaners to come and make sure the property was cleaned before I arrived as well. I don't know what I would have done without Dan and could not recommend him enough.

We had an exceptional experience working with Bob Shaw. My brother and I had to sell our mother’s property while living out of state. We met with several realtors before hiring Bob. Bob’s local market knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to handle issues associated with maximizing the presentation of the property influenced our decision to list my mother’s property with him. My brother and I never regretted that decision Bob also served as the de facto general contractor overseeing necessary renovations at our mother’s property. Throughout the process, Bob was transparent about his marketing strategies. He provided guidance on several offers we received with non-standard terms and made the sale process smooth. We would absolutely work with Bob again and recommend him to anyone looking for a buyer or seller’s agent.

In 1971 I moved to the NC mountains and developed properties and constructed spec homes. For many years I tried to work with Realtors but ended up marketing my own properties. When Cheryl called me about a prospect on my condo in Crown Colony, I realized she a had a fantastic personality. The best decision I ever made was selecting her to list my condo over pressure from others to select another agent and firm. After many calls, she valued the unit exactly right and her personal recommendations, help and work on the unit enabled me to stay in NC. There were personal problems involved in the inheritance, but her calls and calm thoroughness was invaluable to me. You are fortunate to have Cheryl Fowler as an agent.

I've watched Debra Felber research to gain knowledge, command and expertise over every endeavor she's embraced over the 30 years I've known her. Her follow through and attention to detail is matched only by her endless energy. I could not recommend this consummate professional highly enough.
