I use another realtor for 2 years and only got 1 looker. I listed with Janet Mennella and right away she was bringing people to look at my property. She not only advertised in Zillow and others, she also advertised in the paper with a great ad. She kept me updated by email and by phone on what was going on. She sold my home very quickly and got what I was asking. She’s a great realtor. I would recommend her to anyone for any type of property to sale. Janet is very personable and kept me up to date on everything going on with the sale of my house. We closed on Friday and it all went very smoothly even though I didn’t attend. I would heartily recommend her.

She also worked with my nephew and his wife. My sister had Linda find her a home in Port St. Lucie. Each time, she went above and beyond what others would do.
