In 1971 I moved to the NC mountains and developed properties and constructed spec homes. For many years I tried to work with Realtors but ended up marketing my own properties. When Cheryl called me about a prospect on my condo in Crown Colony, I realized she a had a fantastic personality. The best decision I ever made was selecting her to list my condo over pressure from others to select another agent and firm. After many calls, she valued the unit exactly right and her personal recommendations, help and work on the unit enabled me to stay in NC. There were personal problems involved in the inheritance, but her calls and calm thoroughness was invaluable to me. You are fortunate to have Cheryl Fowler as an agent.

I've watched Debra Felber research to gain knowledge, command and expertise over every endeavor she's embraced over the 30 years I've known her. Her follow through and attention to detail is matched only by her endless energy. I could not recommend this consummate professional highly enough.

The service that Jon provided was excellent. During a time where the market was not good for selling, Jon was able to get us a couple of serious buyers to make an offer within the first few days the house went on the market! I bought my Oceanfront Penthouse 6 months ago with the guidance of my broker, Debra Felber. Her knowledge of the waterfront Real Estate market, her eagerness to negotiate the best deal for me, her focus on the details of the purchase process, made my experience easy and smooth. Let me tell you what a great experience I've had working with Dan Paselk. I live near Boston, MA. I was looking for an investment property in Ft. Myers and needed a realtor. Found a list of realtors on Zillow. I want to say Dan was #7 on the list that came up. Well, the first 6 didn't answer their phones and Dan did right away! I asked him about a property I was looking at. He knew exactly where it was and gave me some valuable information right away. Then I asked him to go and take a look at it. He did it on the very same day!

Dan took extra pictures of it for me, went in the association office and asked them about how the association was doing financially. I totally loved what I was seeing and how everything was going!

On the next day I was ready to give an offer without even looking at the property physically myself. Dan gave me all the information about it that I needed to know! He was able to negotiate a better price (not to mention he negotiated the washer and dryer) to stay. If you're looking for a realtor in the Ft. Myers area, look no further! Working with Dan is the way to go! He's very professional, very knowledgeable and super friendly! I had a great experience...very recommend!
