We just closed on our house in Lake Placid and we used Dawn Dell as our broker/realtor. We can't tell you how impressed we are with the professional service that we received from Dawn and her team. Being an out of state seller Dawn took it on personally to protect our interests and make sure our house was taken care of and gave us tremendous peace of mind. You will not find any realtor as loyal dedicated and bottom line honest with you than Dawn. This is what she does and has done for over twenty years and she is good at it. Finally started looking for homes after 40 years at the same residence. Dawn was highly recommended by my daughter's high school friend. I was a little apprehensive and explained to Dawn that I was just on an educational journey in real estate and that at any time, I might just decide to stay put. I didn't know the first thing about all of the intricacies pf selling and buying a home.
She was patient with me as I asked question after question. She listened as she helped me navigate the process of deciding what I needed and what I wanted.
She also helped me purchase a home that I thought I would never be able to afford. Within a week of purchasing my new home, I had a buyer for my home. Her marketing skills are remarkable and obviously very productive. I was warned by her that this process could go fast and it certainly did. She walked me through all the anxious moments of waiting for the home inspection, then the appraisal, then the lending approval and finally the walk though just prior to closing.
The lesson I learned through this whole process is that I would never purchase or sell a home without a realtor like Dawn Dell by my side looking out for my best interests.

We had a wonderful experience with Christine and Nicolette. We were in the middle of moving from one state to another and they both did a fabulous job trying to find us a house (we like) in a very short limited time that we had. They were very professional and involved with helping us. Reached out multiple times for us whenever there was an obstacle or issue to sellers agent or our loan person regarding speeding up the closing. Due to the short time that we had to find a house it wasn't an easy task but Christina and Nicolette managed it perfectly. It's hard to find good real estate agents nowadays that are not only looking to sell but provide a friendly caring environment and go out of their wayto accommodate you. If you wanted to work with great real estate agents don't look further they both put really hard work and wont leave you disappointed!! 11/10 because the service was above and beyond!
