I am an attorney who handles real estate sales and litigation in the Northeast. Denise is not only knowledgeable about the market, but she is a hands on realtor who does everything and anything necessary to get a deal done. In all my years I have met very few realtors who have both of those traits, and I have met dozens.

Buying and finding a oceanfront condo at the top of the market was not a easy task....
Debra made buying our condo such a breeze. Debra was very professional as well as personal, my stresses were high as all my criteria needed to be met. Debra is not only a fantastic realtor, she is also a excellent support system. She is a great negotiator and works hard beyond what one would expect.

I highly recommend Debra to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home, you wont regret it!

We selected Debra Felber of Paradise Real Estate International to sell our condo on Singer Island because of her knowledge of the market.
