With how crazy the market is now he was able to schedule and attend at least 20 rental showings for us from Stuart to Boca Raton. We finally settled on a 2 bedroom townhome in the Boca Raton area which is about a 20 minute drive from our daughters family and both of our grandsons whom live in Delray Beach.

Our house had been on the market for some time when Karen was hired. She did an excellent job of refreshing the pictures, made excellent recommendations on the interior and exterior of the house which made it show much better. Karen was also sensitive to the sellers’ personal problems and handled them in a professional and respectful way throughout the sale. Karen lives in Versailles and nobody knows that market better. Just a quick note to thank Paradise Realty for enabling the successful sale of my home at 1086 Piccadilly Street in Palm Beach Gardens.
