They did an extremely through market analysis to determine the property listing price and did an amazing job, marketing the listing online and on social media. Nicolette and Christina followed up for every showing request of the home, informed buyers of all the homes details were detail oriented with all the contract paperwork and title attorneys to make sure the closing went smoothly and was on time.
