Dan Paselk exceeded our expectations at every turn. He has excellent local knowledge of both the Ft. Myers and Cape Coral area. He was able to advise us on more than neighborhood and schools. He went above and beyond with extensive knowledge of everything from roof, structure, and electrical panels and explained what we should watch out for to avoid future maintenance or additional costs. He always kept in constant contact with me. There was never a moment in time where I felt that he was too busy. He is an extremely thorough communicator. We purchased what I would consider a small property in his world yet he treated us as though we were buying a $5 million property. He negotiated well on our behalf and helped us each through the transition with title and escrow. When the need arises to purchase our next property in the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral area my first choice for a real estate agent will be Dan Paselk. I highly recommend him.

We came in to your office in 2008. We were at that time thinking about a condo in the future. Although you knew at that time that we would not purchase it at that moment you were still kind enough to show us some sites. So now in 2015 we were finally ready to buy a condo and decided to get back in touch with you. It was the best decision we made!

This is to highly recommend Judy and Jimmie McAdams of Paradise Real Estate International. Jill Dalton was professional, attentive, friendly and accommodating. Her determination and attention to detail made her our committed advocate. It was not easy to transition my mother to move out of the state of Florida, but Jill was invaluable during the process.
