When my wife's cancer battle forced us to remain in Ohio, we decided to sell our home in Florida. This is the second successful home sale Kyler has done for us. I found Kyler Eldridge to be an excellent Realtor. He always answered my calls/ texts. When I had a question, he was able to either answer or find an answer promptly. He went way above and beyond. Anything we needed in the transaction he was there to accommodate. In fact, after purchasing my new house from him, I am having him sell my villa. I feel I made a wise choice and highly recommend him!

Kyler Eldridge was great to work with! Moving to Florida from out of state we really needed to rely on Kyler for his knowledge of the area and for true representation of us/for us in our absence. He worked with us to work on time lines to help make our move as easy as possible. He has great follow through and we really found so much value in his knowledge of the real estate development/home construction process in the Sebring Florida area. What we really found very helpful was he asked us what we were wanting in our home and was able to guide us to homes that checked our boxes. We didn’t have a lot of time in town and really needed to rely on Kyler to do a lot of our leg work and he followed through. We are now moving to Sebring and thrilled with our purchase! Thank you Kyler!!

Karen was amazing. She made herself available when our schedules were tight. She was always helpful with pointing out the positive and negatives to a property in relation to our specific needs. She was very receptive to what we were looking for and made sure to weed out properties that would waste our time. She was an amazing negotiator and didn’t allow us to be taken advantage of. Dan Paselk is an incredible realtor and person. He sold my condo in a very tough market. He consistently went above and beyond. He found people to fix things that were on the inspection report because I was out of state and couldn't be there to oversee the repairs needed to close.
