I am writing to let you know of our recent experience with Debra Felber on two fronts. First in helping us find a perfect house in Palm Beach Gardens and second in helping us sell our Eastpointe II condominium on Singer Island.

In the early spring of 2023 my wife Linda and I decided it was time to move off the beach due to the excessive costs associated with maintaining a forty plus year old high rise on the beach. Debra helped us initiate a search for a new home immediately. While we were up north for the summer Debra continued our search showing us several prospects by remote video. In October we found just what we were looking for and were able to reach a sales agreement satisfactory to all parties.

In early November we listed our condominium with Debra. Debra diligently marketed our unit, identified a potential buyer and then managed the process to a successful closing in March of 2024.
