For over 40 years, Pat Dell has been a name associated with real estate in Highlands County, FL As a top producing Broker in the area with Century 21, Bayless Realty, then opening his own brokerage, Dell Realty on The Circle, and tenure with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Pat was recently honored as “A Living Legend of Highlands County”. In 2022 he was awarded the “Lifetime Achievement Award” sponsored BY H.A.R and Real Estate Institute, Inc. His many years of real estate have ... included Residential, Commercial to include restaurants, apartments, motels, RV campgrounds, assisted living communities and more. Additionally, Pat was co-owner for SPORTSNITE TV show, radio announcer for WJCM and WITS and served on a committee in Orlando to create commercial real estate contracts. Personally, Pat was involved in the community as basketball and football coach and his team won the first district championship in Sebring’s history. A partnership with Sportsline Magazine then gave Pat outstanding marketing opportunities. He was founder of the Highlands County Amateur Boxing Club and co-founder of The Boys and Girls Club of Highlands County of which he considers his favorite legacy. He was also Easter Seals Chairman for Highlands County for 6 years.
