Kim is an active real estate investor who also owns a Real Estate Restoration/Renovation business. She began her real estate career at Keller Williams in Palm Beach Gardens, then worked at the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches. After five years of managing the Palm Beach Gardens office for the Realtors Association, she returned to Keller Williams in a leadership position. Prior to focusing solely on her real estate projects, Kim sold new residential construction for a South Florida b... uilder. Kim’s passion lies in renovating and restoring properties and she has been actively investing in real estate for more than 25 years. She came to real estate as the business owner of a company specializing in marketing engineering software to the Aerospace Industry. Kim has called South Florida home for more than 35 years and has extensive knowledge of Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter and Stuart. As a highly motivated, positive professional, her diverse experience in construction, marketing, and real estate makes her uniquely qualified to help anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
