About Dawn

Dawn first received her license in 2002 and became a full time REALTOR in 2003. Dawn has been a lifelong Florida residence, for the exception of time when she served her country in the United States Navy. Dawn has received many awards throughout her career from the local association Realtor of the Year to being voted one of Highlands County’s Best Realtors, several years in a row, by local subscribers. Dawn has served on many boards in her community to help controlled growth, progressive t... hinking but with ethical motivation and helping the needy. Always being a Top Producer and ranked in the Top 5% of our local association. I have a drive to help people achieve their goals of home ownership and selling their most prized possession. I love doing this, all the while I am trying to educate my client with the newest rules and regulations and helping them save money. I take this very personally. I was raised in this business and got pretty lucky to have a mentor most of my life. Having compassion, empathy and ethics helps too.
