I guide my customers through this complicated process with ease - fatal flaws don't get past me. Writing up an offer that sellers will accept? I do the homework and present my customers' financial profile in a way that gets attention. Listing agents know when I present an offer- the deal will close. Legal issues in passing title? I managed a title company for 7 years. 7000 closings later, I can find the needle in the haystack to get the deal done. And if the deal can't get done? I alert my customers early in the process so they have a Plan B. People call the moving van on my say so. This is a huge responsibility and I take it very seriously. As a kid in the military, we moved all the time. I know how hard it is. And, I'm actually old enough to remember when women and minorities couldn't get credit in their own names. Everyone deserves a chance at their American Dream...and it's my job to help make them come true.
