Our house had been on the market for some time when Karen was hired. She did an excellent job of refreshing the pictures, made excellent recommendations on the interior and exterior of the house which made it show much better. Karen was also sensitive to the sellers’ personal problems and handled them in a professional and respectful way throughout the sale. Karen lives in Versailles and nobody knows that market better. I would hire her again.

Dan Paselk is the best! He is honest, extremely respectful, knowledgeable, patient and professional. Dan helped me to find the home I was looking for, best location and best price. Dan will always pick up his phone when you call him and his help does not end when you close. He will be always there for you.

Linda Colaprete recently sold our condo at River Bend country Club, in Tequesta which we have owned and lived in for the past 14 years. Linda obtained the comps and recommended a competive selling price which allowed us to sell the property quickly. Linda was able to sell the Condo without our being involved and followed through seriously until the sale was completed. Just an honest and down to earth human being. It was a pleasure to have Bob Shaw guide my wife and I thru the process. Although Bob Shaw? also represented the seller as well we felt he went out of his way to help us with the closing and even helped us out with minor issues after closing. We would highly recommend his service.
