About Santiago

Santiago has resided in South Florida since 2007. He is a proud citizen of the U.S. and currently lives in Palm City, FL with his wife and daughter. He is originally from Caracas, Venezuela where his family has been in the cattle business for over 140 years. He was beyond proud to carry on the family business by investing in Okeechobee when he founded Nuna Ranches, a cow-calf operation, in 2015. Apart from his endeavors in Okeechobee, he has also managed other investment properties in South Flor... ida. Santiago attended the University of Miami for his Bachelor in Business Administration with a Major in Finance. He graduated from Universidad Metropolitana and later obtained his MBA with Honors at Nova Southeastern University. Before becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Santiago worked at a CPA firm where he gained valuable experience in accounting, finance and corporate legal. He also speaks 3 languages: English, Spanish, and conversational French. After 6 years as a Real Estate Associate, Santiago received his broker’s license. In 2021 he founded his brokerage 4Luxury Homes in Stuart, Fl. He currently is a proud Broker Associate with Paradise Real Estate International. He has extensive experience in residential, agricultural, and commercial properties. He is known for delivering results and building strong client relationships. He will strive to find the best investment opportunity that will best suit his client’s needs. He is also eager and dedicated to helping others with their real estate goals.
