Nicolette Fontaine is a fantastic realtor that found us our dream home in a very highly sought after neighborhood on the first day we went looking. Her legal background helped immensely and she is beyond thorough.

We were lucky to find Dan Paselk when we called around for a real estate agent in Florida. Dan worked with us over several months, looking in several different areas until we found Cape Coral! We must’ve looked at 100 homes and bothered Dan many times for assistance and he was always there with an immediate response to assist us in anyway that he could. He was never too busy for us. We drove to Florida to look at homes with a window of less than five days. We were surprised and elated as soon as we walked into the first home that Dan showed us. It was exactly what we were searching for! We couldn’t be happier! We have recommended Dan to two friends who are also considering moving to Florida.

About a year ago, Danielle and I were looking for a condo to rent for the season in Riverbend Country Club and we chose to contact Paulette Landry, of Paradise Real Estate. Over the next several weeks (by phone and email) she proceeded to provide us with numerous rental options, as well as a great deal of very helpful advice. The rental worked out extremely well for us as a result. We finally got to meet Paulette in person last winter and she was just as gracious as on the phone. When we opted to buy a condo this year we didn’t hesitate to lean on Paulette once again.
